This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the committed field representative enhancing Lincoln brand performance across approximately 25–30 Lincoln dealerships.
• Serve as the primary connection between Ford/Lincoln corporate goals and dealership implementation.
• Collaborate with dealers and the Ford zone manager to elevate the luxury customer experience and boost sales performance.
• Meet Lincoln brand sales and market share targets.
• Lead the development of individual dealership Lincoln business plans, encompassing annual planning and quarterly implementation and activation evaluations.
• Work alongside the Ford zone manager on wholesale allocation and merchandising strategies.
• Support dealers with inventory oversight and provide prompt reporting.
• Set monthly Lincoln sales objectives and collaborate with dealers to achieve them.
• Organize and enhance dealer involvement and effectiveness in Lincoln Tier II advertising initiatives.
• Establish and elevate the Lincoln luxury experience at premier luxury-market dealerships.
• Provide in-dealership Lincoln experience and product training.
• Execute and assess Lincoln dealership operational standards across sales, service, and other customer interaction points.
• Assist in launching in-dealership and in-market luxury experience initiatives.
• Enhance Lincoln sales and service satisfaction, loyalty metrics, and Lincoln Experience metrics.
• Provide support to dealerships across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Fully bilingual in both French and English with strong professional oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• 3–5 years of preferred field experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development.
• Expertise in luxury business knowledge.
• Proficiency in influencing dealers.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with dealers.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Successful applicants must provide proof of degree completion for their highest level of education achieved.
• Education Credential Assessment report demonstrating Canadian equivalency required for degrees obtained outside of Canada.
