This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide expert training and support in both English and French to new and current customers utilizing PBS Dealer Management Software.
• Primarily conduct virtual training sessions to assist customers with software implementation.
• Offer onsite training at dealerships during the installation of new software.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and the training methodologies.
• Manage and execute assigned training sessions independently.
• Serve as a self-sufficient installation resource.
• Timely handle assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets.
• Showcase the PBS DMS while delivering excellent, solution-oriented customer service.
• Address internal and external training requests promptly.
• Document tickets and escalate matters to the relevant teams as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with evolving process documentation.
• Share expertise across teams and contribute to ongoing learning and development.
• Broaden product knowledge and engage in cross-training initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
• Travel to customer locations across Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean, roughly two weeks each month.
• Proficient in both French and English, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• 1–2 years of experience within a car dealership setting, concentrating on sales.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Capability to swiftly learn and adapt to new software applications.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to two weeks each month.
• Valid passport is mandatory.
• A U.S. visa is required if applicable.
• A valid unrestricted driver's license is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.
• Background in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions is a notable asset.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional documentation skills.
• High school diploma is required.
