
Bilingual Automotive Accounting Specialist – Training and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide expert training and assistance to both new and existing clients in the Accounting module of PBS Dealer Management Software.
• Mainly facilitate virtual training sessions in both English and French, guiding clients through the software implementation process.
• Conduct onsite training for new software deployments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating and navigating the PBS DMS system.
• Independently oversee and execute assigned training sessions within the primary silo.
• Act as an independent resource for installations.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and associated training methodologies.
• Respond swiftly to both internal and external training inquiries.
• Carry out data entry and other essential operational tasks.
• Stay informed on evolving process documentation.
• Share insights across silos and contribute to team learning and development initiatives.
• Broaden product knowledge and engage in cross-training opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
• Undertake additional assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Bilingual (FR/EN); proficient in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 1-2 years of experience in a car dealership setting, particularly in accounting.
• Strong computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software tools.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks per month.
• Valid passport (or ability to acquire one).
• Full, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing presentation and public speaking.
• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.
• Experience in conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional documentation skills.
• High school diploma.
