This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver audiological support via phone to customers, which encompasses fitting, troubleshooting, software assistance, and selection of instruments.
• Execute technical product assessments.
• Work in conjunction with Sales and Training, potentially involving travel.
• Engage in seminars, workshops, and product launches.
• Assist with audiological and technical tasks, including testing, fitting hearing aids, programming software, and using verification equipment.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialization.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with NOAH and manufacturer-specific software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Background in selecting and fitting hearing instruments and FM systems.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in audiological testing, hearing aid fitting, programming software, and verification equipment.
• Strong customer service and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills.
• Strong aptitude for technical problem-solving.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken, is essential.
