πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in the administration and billing reconciliation of company benefit programs.

β€’ Oversee, manage, and convey information regarding employee medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401(k), and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.

β€’ Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits within a 24-hour timeframe.

β€’ Facilitate the enrollment and termination of employees in company benefit offerings.

β€’ Provide training on benefits programs to both employees and managers.

β€’ Engage in benefits presentations during orientation for new hires.

β€’ Organize benefits orientation, enrollment, and termination processes for supported teams.

β€’ Act as a liaison for plan vendors and third-party administrators concerning billing and compliance issues.

β€’ Review and reconcile monthly billing statements and document any necessary adjustments.

β€’ Investigate any billing discrepancies and address non-standard situations.

β€’ Communicate and document modifications in benefits and payroll systems.

β€’ Generate benefit reports utilizing data from the HCM system.

β€’ Assist employees with claims and issues related to insurance carriers.

β€’ Keep benefits documentation updated within HR employee records.

β€’ Assess and refine internal processes, documenting them in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

β€’ Maintain and refresh employee censuses on a monthly basis.

β€’ Support the open enrollment process by organizing, running reports, completing vendor uploads, and managing employee communications.

β€’ Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding benefits and wellness.

β€’ Execute other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree is required.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of benefits experience is preferred.

β€’ At least 3 years of experience with human resources systems, including Ultipro and ADP, is preferred.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

β€’ Capability to administer and reconcile employee benefit plans.

β€’ Experience working with benefit plan vendors and third-party administrators.

β€’ Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to benefits and wellness compliance.

β€’ Ability to prepare benefit reports using a human capital management (HCM) system.

β€’ Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees through email, phone, and in-person meetings.

β€’ Competence in supporting benefits open enrollment processes.
