This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Build relationships with executives engaged with Fidelity's Executive Services program.
• Collaborate with Executive Planning Consultants to work directly with plan participants.
• Enhance client relationships and assist in acquiring new executives.
• Gain insights into retail brokerage, workplace-sponsored savings plans, and equity compensation.
• Offer benefits education and financial planning guidance to executives.
• Implement a systematic client contact strategy.
• Facilitate guidance preparation discussions with clients.
• Identify opportunities for new business and strengthen existing relationships.
• Create targeted marketing initiatives alongside Executive Planning Consultants.
• Ensure that calls, documentation, policies, and procedures meet customer requests and compliance standards.
• Suggest improvements to enhance relationships and the overall client experience.
• Address or escalate complex client issues and provide solutions.
• Act as a primary contact for workplace plan executives regarding benefits and financial planning provisions.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are mandatory; Series 66 may be acquired within a specified timeframe after hiring.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as Certified Financial Planner and Certified Equity Professionals are highly recommended.
• Strong understanding of brokerage, insurance, money management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.
• Proven track record in relationship management.
• Capability to consult with clients and provide highly personalized value to executives.
• Proficiency in delivering education and advice in relevant situations.
• Ability to adhere to financial-services laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Must satisfy applicable hiring and association criteria related to specific criminal histories.
