This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and leave initiatives.
• Accurately and promptly process enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event modifications.
• Maintain and update benefits information in HRIS and vendor databases.
• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility, claims, and policies.
• Assist in preparing and communicating open enrollment information.
• Reconcile benefit invoices and ensure correct payroll deductions.
• Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal payroll/HR teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and ERISA.
• Generate reports and conduct audits to verify data accuracy.
• Provide support for payroll inquiries.
• Uphold confidentiality of employee information.
• Offer benefits call center support Monday-Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM ET.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Knowledge of pension accounts (DB skills) is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Exhibit excellent time management abilities.
• Maintain a strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms.
• Ability to connect to a modem/router via an Ethernet cable.
• Prior experience in benefits administration or HR support is preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and related regulations.
• Excellent data entry and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a U.S. state where Conduent's compensation structure aligns with applicable wage regulations.
