This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and cultivate robust customer relationships that enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee successful Open Enrollment initiatives across the entire customer portfolio.
• Act as a reliable advisor on best practices in benefits administration.
• Advocate for customer needs within OSV while ensuring operational excellence.
• Promote continuous improvement in service delivery and the customer experience.
• Function as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to review performance, address concerns, and uncover opportunities.
• Provide thorough onboarding and training for new customer administrators.
• Communicate effectively regarding system functionalities, industry updates, and project initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Leaders to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead both on-cycle and off-cycle Open Enrollment projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with distinct milestones and accountability measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Offer regular status updates to stakeholders and proactively identify potential issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex implementation challenges.
• Keep abreast of benefits administration, compliance requirements, industry trends, and Workday product updates.
• Provide consultation on system configuration, process enhancements, and best practices.
• Test and validate benefits configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and process workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and analyze performance data.
• Work with Service Delivery teams to implement improvements.
• Document best practices and engage in lessons learned and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles in benefits administration.
• Strong project management capabilities, especially with technology implementations.
• Comprehensive understanding of employee benefits programs and administration systems.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience in leading customer meetings and delivering impactful presentations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication abilities, capable of clearly explaining complex concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
• Adaptable and resilient, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new systems.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, HR, etc.).
• Industry experience and professional certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Benefits modules.
• Professional certifications in benefits administration (CEBS, GBA, etc.).
• Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
