Behavioral Health Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing and phone screening to interview scheduling, feedback gathering, and offer negotiation.

• Actively source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, direct outreach, networking, and innovative candidate attraction techniques.

• Collaborate with Clinic Directors by providing real-time pipeline metrics, establishing hiring expectations, and aligning on staffing priorities for the clinics.

• Conduct a high volume of daily interviews while ensuring quick response times and a professional, transparent experience for candidates.

• Represent the organization at job fairs, clinical recruitment events, and networking opportunities.

• Keep precise records and stage tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby).

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Experience in agency, high-volume healthcare, ABA, or therapy recruiting is highly preferred.

• Strong work ethic and resilience in managing cold pipelines and achieving high candidate conversion rates.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple active requisitions and maintain high daily call volumes.

• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Familiarity with Ashby is advantageous but not mandatory.
