This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Report to the Executive Clinical Leadership team
• Lead, supervise, and provide support to a growing team of behavioral health providers
• Ensure the provision of high-quality, evidence-based care
• Cultivate a clinical culture rooted in empathy, transparency, accountability, engagement, and retention
• Maintain clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Assist with last-minute scheduling adjustments, provider coverage, and group rescheduling
• Perform diagnostic assessments
• Conduct intake appointments for new patients
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and other conditions
• Work collaboratively with Operations to synchronize clinician schedules with patient requirements and manage time off
• Drive process optimization and enhance workflows, outcomes, and patient experiences
• Discover opportunities to improve care quality and surpass NPS benchmarks
• Balance clinical insight with business acumen in decisions impacting clinician experience, procedures, and business results
• Demonstrated history of resolving operational challenges in behavioral health or comparable clinical environments
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• Active California license with over 7 years of post-licensure experience; open to or already possessing multi-state licenses
• Background in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatments
• Over 3 years of experience managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality
• Proficient in enhancing workflows, outcomes, and the patient experience
• Collaborative, proactive, and adept with technology
• Culturally responsive and dedicated to continuous learning
• Prepared for secure, remote work
• Must be able to accommodate last-minute scheduling changes when necessary
• Must possess an unrestricted behavioral health license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD)
