This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Posting and managing job offers
• CV screening and active candidate sourcing
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Preparing candidate reports
• Coordinating with hiring managers
• Contributing to the improvement of selection processes
• Progressive learning with support and ongoing training
• Gradual assumption of greater autonomy and responsibility
• Ability to sign a training agreement for a minimum of 6 months (essential), with the possibility of extension
• Education in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field
• Preferably Master's students in HR or related areas
• Clear and demonstrated interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition
• Previous professional experience (in any field) that shows responsibility, autonomy, and commitment
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Applications aimed at professional development in Recruitment, not solely to fulfill the academic internship requirement
