This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set an example by engaging in prospecting and showcasing effective outreach techniques.
• Mentor, motivate, and cultivate BDRs through constructive feedback, call evaluations, and role-playing activities.
• Oversee daily account prioritization, organization of outreach efforts, and advancement towards objectives.
• Facilitate the creation of qualified opportunities that prioritize customer alignment and conversion rates.
• Experiment with and enhance messaging across calls, emails, and LinkedIn communications.
• Work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing teams on target demographics, campaigns, and smooth transitions to Account Executives.
• Track activity and outcomes, recognize support requirements, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes through candidate evaluations, structured training programs, and continuous support.
• Foster a collaborative environment built on transparent feedback, shared knowledge, accountability, and encouragement.
• Report directly to the Head of Direct Sales for North America.
• 1-2+ years of direct experience overseeing BDRs/SDRs with a demonstrated history of consistently meeting team quota objectives and enhancing the performance of direct reports.
• Over 4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or comparable B2B sales position, particularly within fintech, payments, B2B, and travel sectors.
• Experience in mentoring, training, or coaching peers.
• Proficient outbound prospecting abilities, encompassing account research, cold calling, personalized outreach, and handling objections.
• Capacity to provide clear, constructive feedback and tailor coaching to accommodate varying experience levels.
• A proactive mindset with a readiness to test new ideas and collaboratively solve challenges with the team.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools, including HubSpot.
• Methodical approach to monitoring activity and ensuring precise data maintenance.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A team-oriented mindset that integrates empathy, accountability, and clear expectations.
• Located in the US and adaptable to working across time zones from New York to California.
