This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire outsourced BDR program, encompassing vendor governance, workforce planning, onboarding, operational cadence, service-level expectations, escalation paths, and quarterly business reviews.
• Convert Runpod’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), product priorities, account tiers, and market signals into defined territories, target lists, personas, and outbound strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to create messaging, call guides, objection handling strategies, qualification criteria, competitive context, and specific launch enablement.
• Analyze calls, emails, and account research; mentor the agency manager and representatives; certify their preparedness; and address any performance or quality deficiencies.
• Establish and uphold handoff standards with Account Executives, including routing, meeting context, acceptance criteria, follow-up service-level agreements, and closed-loop disposition.
• Forecast and report on meetings held, accepted opportunities, conversion rates, sourced pipeline, pipeline velocity, cost per outcome, representative productivity, and ramp time.
• Conduct tests across various segments, signals, channels, offers, sequences, and messaging; scale successful efforts and discontinue ineffective strategies.
• Ensure that activity, contacts, account context, and opportunity attribution are accurately recorded in Runpod’s systems while adhering to outreach and data usage policies.
• Transform frontline objections and account insights into actionable feedback for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships.
• Develop vendor governance and enablement, enhance conversion rates, generate pipeline within priority segments, and establish repeatable, Sales-trusted playbooks.
• Lead Runpod’s outsourced BDR program as part of the organization's AI Developer Cloud go-to-market strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales development, including a minimum of 2 years in leadership roles for BDR or SDR teams or programs.
• Direct experience managing an outsourced, contracted, or distributed BDR team while holding a vendor accountable for achieving business outcomes.
• Proven track record of developing outbound strategies that yield qualified opportunities and pipeline.
• Strong coaching abilities, encompassing call reviews, written outreach quality assurance, performance assessment, and representative development.
• Proficiency with CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent, and reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Robust analytical skills across conversion, capacity, cost, and pipeline metrics.
• Capability to learn a technical platform and empower representatives to engage credibly with developers, engineering leaders, and AI infrastructure buyers.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Runpod is currently unable to sponsor employment visas.
