BDM – Affiliates & Partnerships, Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify and map influential partners throughout Asia, including crypto exchanges, wallets, media, communities, iGaming and gambling operators, affiliate networks, streamers, brokers, fintech and payment companies, and influencer agencies.

• Participate in crypto, iGaming, affiliate, and fintech conferences across Asia, set up meetings, and finalize partnerships on-site.

• Leverage personal networks and local reputation to connect with decision-makers.

• Manage partnership agreements from inception to completion, encompassing initial contact, negotiations, terms finalization, onboarding, traffic launch, and first sales.

• Engage in negotiations with founders and senior management while conveying the value of GoMining partnerships.

• Evaluate partner objections and provide insights to enhance the offering.

• Expand the number of signed partners through increased volume, new formats, and targeted audience offers.

• Maintain the CRM pipeline and deliver weekly reports on the funnel status.

• Submit a brief results report following each trip.

• Share insights on the Asian market, including competitor offerings, partner expectations, and local payment details.

• Establish partnerships and drive partner-generated sales for GoMining, a Bitcoin cloud-mining platform and crypto ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management within the crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage, or fintech sectors.

• Established network in Asia, encompassing affiliates, networks, operators, and media.

• Proven history of closing significant partnership deals, with quantifiable results available for discussion.

• Strong confidence in negotiating with founders and senior management.

• Willingness to travel extensively for conferences and meetings throughout Asia.

• A proactive "hunter" mindset: fast-paced, results-oriented, and financially motivated.

• Proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of an Asian language such as Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, or another regional language is advantageous.

• Personal reputation within the local crypto, affiliate, or iGaming community is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of affiliate models, including CPA, RevShare, and hybrid, as well as traffic management is a bonus.

• Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers is beneficial.

• Familiarity with payment specifics in Asian markets is a plus.
