This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Support the development, coordination, and delivery of new hire orientation for R/BTs, BCBAs, and Licensed Psychologists.
• Facilitate cross-departmental training with people operations, product, engineering, clinical operations, payor operations, and other Frontera departments.
• Oversee FronteraCare’s BT and RBT training initiatives across all regions.
• Directly manage Training Support Specialist(s), offering guidance, coaching, and support.
• Personally conduct new hire orientation, track modules, provide coaching, and manage onboarding logistics as necessary.
• Lead training sessions for Behavior Technicians, including orientation presentations and clinical competencies for new employees.
• Act as the escalation point for issues related to new hire performance or behavior.
• Create and revise BT/RBT training materials, orientation resources, and job aids.
• Review and assess training sessions for quality, alignment with current practices, and competency outcomes.
• Recognize and implement training workflow automation and process enhancements in collaboration with the Head of Clinical Training.
• Schedule and conduct BCBA-level training while collaborating on additional training opportunities for BCBAs.
• Manage training completion statuses, timelines, and competency data; analyze trends and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide updates on training progress and quality metrics to the Head of Clinical Training.
• Ensure uniform training quality across all FronteraCare locations.
• Travel approximately every 90 days to deliver and reinforce onsite training at clinics outside the home region.
• Collaborate with RBT Leads and BCBA Regional Leads to ensure that field practices align with FronteraCare standards.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required, with a minimum of 5 years of certification as a BCBA.
• Previous experience in effectively leading and designing BT training and BCBA training programs.
• Strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, and presentation, with the capability to create and refine training content from scratch.
• Proven ability to establish productive working relationships across various roles and levels, and to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from new hires to senior clinical staff.
• History of quickly adapting to changing priorities and willingly taking on new or undefined tasks as the organization evolves.
• Comfortable with hands-on work; this role entails executing training tasks directly, rather than just overseeing them.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple ongoing projects and priorities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy in materials, scheduling, and documentation.
• Willingness to travel regionally approximately every 90 days.
• Proficient in learning management systems and Google Workspace tools (Meet, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
• Leadership experience in managing remote/hybrid teams across multiple locations.
• Must reside in AZ, CO, ID, FL, GA, NC, NM, NV, TX, or UT.
