BCBA – Future Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to families and children throughout Georgia.

• Perform behavioral evaluations.

• Create and manage tailored ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable discipline.

• Previous experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
