BCBA – Director Path

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct assessments of behavior and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure that services are in accordance with ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout New York.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
