This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians implementing the programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and uphold services in line with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout New York.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
