BCBA, Director Path

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations

• Create personalized ABA treatment strategies

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client development and modify treatment strategies as necessary

• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives

• Keep precise records and verify that services comply with ethical and clinical standards

• Deliver remote ABA services to children and families throughout New York

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
