This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Georgia
• Perform behavioral assessments
• Create and manage customized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives
• Ensure precise documentation and that services comply with ethical and clinical standards
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable field
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
• Completely remote role with adaptable scheduling
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload
• No non-compete clauses
• LBA Expansion Program providing support and reimbursement for acquiring additional state licensure
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to offer continuous support and assist in achieving clinical and professional success
