This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Georgia
• Perform behavioral assessments
• Create and manage personalized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and clinical standards
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
• Prior experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
• No non-compete agreements
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager available for ongoing support to ensure clinical and professional success
