This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to families and children throughout Georgia
• Perform behavioral assessments
• Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
• Keep precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options
• No stipulated minimum or maximum caseload requirements
• Absence of non-compete agreements
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous assistance and ensure clinical and professional achievement
