Backend Software Engineer, Python, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for features, overseeing everything from product design to deployment, including comprehensive feature architecture.

• Strategically plan, design, and develop systems that meet complex performance and scalability needs.

• Design, maintain, and enhance the company's code infrastructure.

• Create, build, and sustain a robust, scalable server-side architecture.

• Integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases.

• Develop API endpoints and services powered by AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in backend design and development for production-grade applications.

• Proficient in Python.

• Strong experience with databases, ideally SQL.

• Background in working with large-scale systems.

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, or experience in integrating third-party AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.

• Understanding of networking infrastructure.

• Experience in cybersecurity is a significant advantage.

• Capacity to learn swiftly and adapt to emerging technologies.
