B2C Sales Development Representative, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create B2C lead lists from the ground up through data scraping and social media, focusing on specific demographics in Michigan.

• Arrange 10–20 qualified in-person appointments each week for the sales team.

• Ensure full compliance with FTC/DNC regulations for all phone, email, and text communication.

• Assess prospects to verify their travel intentions, income levels, and whether couples can attend together.

• Oversee CRM and outreach efforts utilizing GoHighLevel, Calendly, and Google Sheets, including sub-domains for cold emailing.

• Design and document the lead generation process from scratch to facilitate team expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2C lead generation, appointment scheduling, and sales development.

• Required to have experience in US-facing B2C phone sales.

• Must possess a strong understanding of FTC telemarketing regulations, the Do Not Call Registry, and SMS/email opt-in laws.

• Capable of independently creating lead lists from scratch through data scraping and social media research.

• Native-level proficiency in English with a clear, neutral Midwest US accent.

• Prioritize the company's reputation over appointment numbers; no misrepresentation of the product to secure appointments.

• Familiar with GoHighLevel and Calendly.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel.

• Skilled in using Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for data scraping and mining.

• Equipped with a USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Have a functioning webcam.

• Possess a computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Have a primary internet service with a speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Maintain a backup internet service with a speed of at least 10 Mbps.
