B2B Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Connect with potential clients across the nation via phone and video meetings

• Present GroupHEALTH employee benefits solutions

• Surpass sales targets while assisting businesses in enhancing their benefits offerings

• Engage with Canadian business leaders regarding their current employee benefits plans

• Utilize qualified leads from the New Business Development team to generate opportunities

• Consistently achieve or exceed new business closing quotas

• Educate and support prospects throughout their decision-making journey

• Evaluate prospects' business objectives

• Collaborate with business leaders to assess and refine benefits plans

• Develop tailored solutions that surpass existing offerings

• Transition prospects to the dedicated Client Services team upon agreement

• Engage in prospecting and collaborate with the BDR team during training to enhance sales skills

• Complete the LLQP study within the first two weeks and take part in extensive training

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales

• Background in insurance or group benefits is advantageous

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Quick learner with a strong aptitude for technology

• Experience in cold calling and lead generation

• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial

• Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written French is a plus

• LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license must be obtained during onboarding
