B2B Sales Manager / Closer (m/f/d)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Transform qualified inbound leads into customers via sales calls

• Finalize deals and ensure their completion

• Grasp brands’ growth objectives and recommend appropriate solutions through consultative selling

• Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM and oversee follow-ups

• Enhance the sales process by leveraging your own automations, the internal AI agent Milow, and new tools

• Transition new customers to the Account Team

• Provide the Marketing team with insights on lead quality and conversion rates

• Spot upselling opportunities among current customers

• Collaborate with Strategists to develop accounts

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of B2B sales experience

• Proven experience in selling services to businesses

• Experience in negotiating with decision-makers and independently closing deals

• Knowledge of service sales and the establishment of long-term partnerships

• Familiarity with e-commerce, especially D2C brands

• Comprehension of revenue, margins, and growth objectives

• Strong drive for closing deals and consistent lead follow-up

• Efficiency-oriented mindset with a readiness to utilize AI for process optimization

• Full ownership of the sales cycle, from the first contact to signing

• Exceptional communication abilities and clear articulation

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
