This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish a B2B sales unit from scratch.
• Collaborate with the IT team to aid in CRM implementation, including pipeline stages, fields, deal logic, and reporting.
• Create sales processes for proposals, follow-ups, contract management, logistics and installation handover, and handling complaints.
• Segment, prioritize, and manage over 10,000 existing B2B customers via phone.
• Develop a strategy for reorders, new locations, upselling chair-and-desk combinations, and framework agreements.
• Define and evaluate the Ideal Customer Profile based on industry, company size, location structure, use case, and decision-making center.
• Record reasons for wins and losses.
• Construct the outbound strategy with target lists, sequences, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Independently secure the first new-customer deals in a full-cycle sales position.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage the initial team of SDRs and AEs.
• Create the playbook, establish cadences, conduct 1:1s, and implement a target-setting system.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with significant SDR experience.
• High activity levels and demonstrated cold-calling expertise.
• Experience as a Team Lead or a clear path toward that role, such as Senior SDR, Lead SDR, or Functional Lead.
• Proven track record of closing deals; you have successfully closed deals yourself rather than solely scheduling meetings.
• Strong affinity for CRM and Revenue Operations.
• Experience in setting up or optimizing a sales stack, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with dashboards and metrics such as contact rate, conversion rate, sales cycle duration, and pipeline coverage.
• Native-level German proficiency.
• Business-fluent English skills.
• Willingness to work independently without a team, pre-made lists, or an established playbook during the initial months.
• Nice to have: Experience with physical products or prolonged procurement cycles.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with tools such as Cognism, Dealfront, Apollo, or dialer setups.
• Base salary plus uncapped variable compensation.
