B2B Regional Accounts – Commercial Account Executive II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Sustain existing revenue streams from current customers.

• Enhance wallet share by offering mobile services to fixed-line customers and vice versa within the existing clientele.

• Strategically and efficiently target customers who are not yet contributing revenue to TIM.

• Foster customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and tailored solutions for each opportunity.

• Vigilantly oversee and manage CHURN, BAD DEBT, as well as customer collection and blocking processes.

• Collaborate effectively with the Channel Development, Marketing, and Customer Solutions teams.

• Ensure that the solutions agreed upon with customers are fully implemented and activated.

• Experience in the large-account corporate sector.

• Must reside in Araçatuba, Presidente Prudente, or nearby areas.

• Possession of a vehicle is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering/Information Technology, or Marketing, along with a postgraduate qualification.
