B2B Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Propel sales for Genius® and other Global Payments solutions targeting small to mid-sized businesses across the restaurant, retail, and service sectors.

• Sustain a steady pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking efforts.

• Provide consultative, value-driven presentations both in-person and virtually.

• Illustrate how Genius® enables businesses to optimize payment processes, enhance operations, and foster customer loyalty.

• Partner with the District Manager to pinpoint opportunities, schedule appointments, and finalize sales within a brief cycle.

• Ensure precise tracking of pipeline and activities in Atlas and Salesforce, which includes call notes, follow-ups, and client communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in B2B or B2C Outside Sales.

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in establishing relationships and selling both in-person and virtually.

• High energy, self-driven, results-oriented, competitive, and team-focused.

• Professional demeanor with the ability to connect with business owners and quickly earn their trust.

• Willingness to spend 75% of the time in the field.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Must reside within a 2-hour radius of the job posting location.

• Experience in upselling and cross-selling merchants on software, features, and hardware is an advantage.

• Background in the restaurant or retail industry is beneficial.

• Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience is an additional asset.
