B2B Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with customers, which includes editorial planning, content creation, and execution (graphics & distribution) for Pharmacy and Hospital.

• Plan, develop, and implement seasonal, segmented, and personalized B2B campaigns or customer surveys for Pharmacy and Hospital.

• Accountable for the usage, ongoing development, and selection of marketing automation and CRM systems (OCE digital, BeePro, Canva).

• Create and develop marketing materials and sales collateral (both digital and print) for the sales teams in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor executed marketing activities and implement new marketing initiatives based on performance metrics.

• Oversee the hosting and continuous improvement of the company website www.zentiva.de.

• Manage A&P budgets and agency expenditures.

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, especially Pharmacy, Hospital, Tender & Launches, and OTC/Marketing.

• Analyze and monitor the market, competitors, and target groups to derive suitable measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in marketing (approximately 2 years).

• Ideally possess a completed degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Proficient in using popular marketing automation and CRM systems.

• Proven experience in planning and executing campaigns.

• A hands-on mentality accompanied by a flexible mindset.

• Knowledge of the German pharmacy market is an advantage.

• Structured, independent, and systematic working style along with strong analytical skills.

• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
