B2B Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns from inception to completion across prioritized Danish industries, encompassing strategy, messaging, implementation, and evaluation.

• Localize and implement programs in areas such as ABM, content marketing, events, webinars, partner/customer engagement, executive branding, product launches, and outbound initiatives.

• Tailor global campaigns and messaging specifically for the Danish audience.

• Provide insights on local buyer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory factors back to the global team.

• Collaborate with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams.

• Take charge of pipeline generation and monitor campaign effectiveness in the market.

• Utilize data to evaluate outcomes, conduct experiments, and enhance campaign performance continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a fast-paced technology company.

• Proven track record in creating and scaling B2B demand generation initiatives that have led to measurable enterprise pipeline growth.

• In-depth understanding of the Danish market, including enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business practices.

• Ideally possess a pre-existing network within the Danish market.

• Capability to operate with minimal processes across various marketing functions.

• Skill to prioritize, identify opportunities, and act swiftly as the first marketer in the region.

• Interest in AI and a keen awareness of the technology ecosystem.
