B2B Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns from inception to execution across key Colombian industries, including strategy, messaging, and measurement.

• Localize and implement programs covering ABM, content creation, events, webinars, partner and customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound initiatives.

• Tailor global campaigns and messaging specifically for the Colombian market.

• Provide insights on local buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory factors back to the global team.

• Collaborate with local sales teams and global product marketing, growth, and design departments.

• Take ownership of pipeline generation and the performance of campaigns within the market.

• Leverage data to assess outcomes, conduct experiments, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a fast-growing technology company.

• Proven track record in creating and scaling B2B demand generation programs that yield measurable enterprise pipeline results.

• Experience in executing growth and marketing initiatives from conception to completion.

• Responsibility for the ROI of marketing projects.

• Extensive knowledge of the Colombian market, including familiarity with enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture.

• Ideally, possess an established network within the Colombian market.

• Ability to work with minimal processes and to set priorities independently.

• Capability to navigate multiple marketing functions and adapt quickly as the first marketer in the market.
