📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns from inception to completion across key Belgian industries, encompassing strategy, messaging, execution, and measurement.

• Localize and implement initiatives encompassing ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound efforts.

• Tailor global campaigns and messaging to suit the Belgian market.

• Provide feedback on local buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory insights to the global team.

• Collaborate with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams.

• Take ownership of pipeline generation and campaign performance specifically for Belgium.

• Utilize data to assess outcomes, conduct experiments, and enhance marketing performance continuously.

• Influence how Belgian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs’ AI voice products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a high-growth technology environment.

• Proven track record in developing and scaling B2B demand generation programs that yield measurable enterprise pipeline.

• In-depth understanding of the Belgian market, including enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture.

• Ideally possess an established network within the Belgian market.

• Ability to operate efficiently with minimal processes and independently prioritize tasks.

• Capability to engage across various marketing functions and respond swiftly.

• Strong dedication to excellence, quality, clarity, and impactful results.
