B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Independently identify prospects and create B2B call lists.

• Make high-volume cold calls to schedule appointments.

• Engage prospects, address objections in real-time, and guide conversations toward confirmed appointments.

• Maintain a consistent energy level and tone throughout the day of calling.

• Follow up with leads and callbacks in a methodical manner.

• Accurately document notes in the CRM/database.

• Successfully book 15 cold-call appointments each month.

• Include an English proficiency rating, a formatted Coconut VA Profile resume, and a 1-minute introduction video as part of your application.

• Commit to working 40 hours per week according to the ET time zone.

• This is strictly a cold-calling position aimed at securing B2B appointments.

• Independently prospect and compile call lists without guidance.

• Consistently perform high-volume cold calling through extensive call activities.

• Strong skills in persuasion and real-time objection resolution.

• Resilient to rejection and composed under repeated refusals.

• Clear and confident phone demeanor with a neutral, easily understood accent.

• Disciplined in follow-ups and precise in note-taking.

• Proven ability to reliably secure 15 cold-call appointments each month.

• Prior B2B sales experience beyond appointment setting is advantageous.

• A history of cold calling within the US markets is a plus.

• Familiarity with real estate and/or M&A outreach is beneficial.

• Ability to work autonomously in setting appointments.

• Excellent spoken English and outstanding verbal communication skills.

• Proven track record in appointment setting.

• Experience with Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with CRM databases.

• An English-language Coconut VA Profile resume adhering to the specified template.

• A 1-minute introduction video, ideally using Loom, with a valid link.
