Appointment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and research high-potential franchise prospects throughout APAC markets utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry databases.

• Launch personalized email campaigns, engage in cold calling, and conduct social media outreach.

• Assess inbound and outbound leads according to franchise criteria, investment readiness, and regional compatibility.

• Monitor prospect interactions, handle follow-ups, and update pipeline information in the CRM system.

• Engage potential franchise candidates through LinkedIn and various other channels.

• Generate and qualify leads for teams operating in Asian countries.

• Arrange discovery calls and introductory meetings with prospective candidates.

• Oversee candidate pipelines while maintaining consistent follow-up activities.

• Ensure CRM records are accurate and current.

• Cultivate relationships with franchise candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Assist in recruitment campaigns and initiatives for franchise growth.

• Report to APAC Leadership and Global Franchise Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in appointment setting, B2B lead generation, business development, recruitment, or a similar role.

• A college diploma or degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction.

• Familiarity with, and experience using, LinkedIn, preferably for sourcing and outreach purposes.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong skills in persuasion and handling objections.

• Capable of conducting web research and proficient in using CRM systems and lead-generation tools.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working productively and independently.

• Comfortable with regular reporting to management.

• Some flexibility in working hours to accommodate Asia-Pacific time zones.
