📋 Description

• Oversee a high-volume outbound outreach initiative, sending more than 100 personalized communications each day to potential clients.

• Assess leads through thorough discovery processes to confirm their suitability for the "Reset Method" coaching program.

• Consistently meet performance goals of 60 qualified meetings monthly, averaging 3 meetings per day.

• Manage lead pipelines and daily inbox interactions with a strong emphasis on responsiveness.

• Meticulously document all outreach efforts and lead statuses utilizing the provided tracking tools.

• Address sensitive objections with empathy, professionalism, and authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in appointment setting for B2C offerings (such as Sobriety, Health & Wellness, Life Coaching, or Nervous System Healing).

• Demonstrated history of success in Lead Qualification, Objection Handling, and Pipeline Management.

• Excellent command of the English language, both in written and verbal forms.

• Ability to operate within EST hours, with core availability during the periods of 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

• A high degree of emotional intelligence and the capability to manage sensitive discussions with high-net-worth individuals.

• Strong self-discipline to work autonomously in a remote offshore environment.

• Direct experience in scheduling appointments specifically for breathwork or sobriety coaching.

• Background in consulting or high-ticket wellness sales.

• Proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace.
