Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct over 90 outbound cold calls daily to engage passive healthcare leadership candidates.

• Consistently achieve more than 15 qualified appointments each week for the senior recruitment team.

• Manage extensive cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences efficiently.

• Navigate complex objections to qualify candidates based on specific leadership criteria.

• Maintain a tidy and organized pipeline within the CRM to ensure no lead is overlooked.

• Operate independently while adhering to strict CST business hours.

• Reach out to passive executive talent to stimulate interest in career-defining opportunities.

• Support the recruitment process for a leading executive search firm focused on senior care and post-acute healthcare sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound cold-calling role targeting passive prospects.

• Fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-rejection environments with a positive and persistent attitude.

• Expertise in objection handling and lead qualification techniques.

• Highly self-organized with effective time management skills without the need for direct supervision.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Experience with Crelate (CRM) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Prior experience in Healthcare, Consulting, or Agency recruitment settings.

• Background in lead sourcing and identifying niche talent pools.

• Marketing or social selling experience.
