Aymara Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the model in Aymara on a diverse array of topics.

• Ensure linguistic precision and cultural significance.

• Record reproducible error traces.

• Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Test advanced language models on contextual interpretation, tone and meaning, dialect distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuances.

• Document instances of model failures to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Assist in training AI to effectively capture Aymara vocabulary, grammar, dialectal variations, and cultural context.

⛳️ Requirements

• Specialist in the Aymara language with knowledge of regional dialects, phonetics, syntax, idiomatic expressions, oral traditions, and cultural references.

• Professional background in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community engagement is preferred.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills—demonstrating your thought process—is crucial.

• A degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
