AWS Connect Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for both voice and digital customer engagements.

• Configure and enhance call routing, IVR workflows, queues, and contact flows.

• Facilitate omnichannel customer interactions, including voice, chat, email, and SMS.

• Develop integrations between Amazon Connect, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.

• Construct and support solutions utilizing AWS Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.

• Engage in testing, deployment, and release processes.

• Collaborate with business units, architects, QA teams, and operational teams.

• Partner with onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions and foster continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop the product without accessing or processing PHI, PII, or any secured/confidential client data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in contact center technologies or customer service platforms.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

• Solid understanding of call routing, IVR, queues, and omnichannel interactions (voice, chat, email, SMS).

• Proven experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and other enterprise applications.

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

• Understanding of cloud-based application integration and monitoring concepts.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore teams.

• AWS Connect and/or AWS Cloud certifications are preferred.

• Knowledge of the healthcare domain is preferred.
