AWS Cloud Team Lead – Delivery & Pre-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Lead and support a team of cloud professionals.

• Coordinate AWS projects for various clients simultaneously.

• Engage in migrations, assessments, implementations, and optimizations of cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate in technical pre-sales and the development of proposals for new projects.

• Manage priorities, team capacity, and quality of delivery.

• Drive continuous improvements in processes, standards, and best practices.

• Serve as a technical reference for both the team and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience working with cloud infrastructure and services on AWS.

• At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously.

• Solid knowledge and practical experience in AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and related services.

• Experience leading or participating in migration projects to AWS.

• Certification as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (mandatory).

• Organized, autonomous, results-oriented, and focused on quality delivery.

• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Infrastructure as Code (valued).

• Participation in technical pre-sales processes and project estimation (valued).

• Experience in consulting, managed services, or cloud professional services (valued).

• Intermediate or advanced English skills (valued).
