This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of leadership and talent development initiatives.
• Work in partnership with Talent Management colleagues to provide leadership development programs and learning experiences throughout the organization.
• Utilize skills intelligence, workforce analytics, and talent insights to develop skills-focused growth strategies that enhance career progression, internal mobility, and the development of high-potential talent.
• Align leadership and talent development programs with business priorities, workforce trends, and talent insights.
• Employ modern learning technologies, AI-driven tools, and skills-centric talent practices to create blended, engaging, and customized learning experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to pinpoint capability gaps and craft effective development solutions.
• Provide coaching and support to HR partners, subject matter experts, and internal facilitators.
• Collaborate with external providers and vendors to implement leadership assessments, coaching solutions, and development experiences.
• Assess, evaluate, and continually enhance development programs using data, feedback, and insights.
• Create presentations for leadership that showcase program effectiveness, talent results, and business impact.
• Remain informed about trends in leadership, talent, and learning.
• Assist with succession planning, career advancement, performance enablement, and employee engagement efforts.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 1+ years in a Senior Associate role or an equivalent external position.
• Background in leadership development, talent management, learning and development, organizational development, or related fields.
• Experience in financial services, real estate, mortgage, consulting, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with leadership assessment tools such as Hogan, Korn Ferry, DISC, CliftonStrengths, Predictive Index, Culture Index, MBTI, or similar assessments.
• Proficiency with Workday Skills Cloud, Peakon Employee Voice, or AI-enabled learning and talent technologies.
• Proven experience in leading teams and executing enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate comprehensive leadership, high-potential, and professional development programs spanning 6-12 months.
• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in using talent data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and guide decision-making.
• Familiarity with Workday or comparable talent management and learning systems.
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in learning design technologies such as Articulate 360, Canva, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Proven capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams, functions, and geographical locations.
