This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Identify project dependencies and critical pathways.
• Raise issues and risks while proposing mitigation strategies.
• Establish end-to-end operational guidelines, process documentation/SOPs, and workflows for implementations.
• Support the creation of training materials and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Client Services teams.
• Ensure operational readiness for call center, processing, finance and accounting, and compliance teams from day one through the hypercare phase.
• Perform post-implementation reviews.
• Document and verify business requirements for client onboarding, conversions, and new product launches.
• Analyze legacy datasets and field mappings for system design and configuration.
• Confirm account data and reconcile discrepancies across various platforms.
• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards utilizing SQL and Excel.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate client and internal training sessions and workshops.
• Ensure that implementations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Conduct UAT/BET testing and quality assurance during system rollouts.
• Document ongoing quality audit processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial services, life insurance, annuity, TPA operations, or implementation roles.
• Familiarity with life and annuity products, including Whole Life, Term, UL, VUL, SPIA, Deferred Annuities, and Riders.
• Strong understanding of third-party administration functions and compliance requirements.
• Experience with policy administration systems such as LifePRO, ALIP, DXC, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and reconciliation techniques.
• Exposure to testing cycles (UAT/BET), defect management, and conversion projects.
• Knowledge of operational risk, compliance requirements, and SOC1 controls is advantageous.
• Ability to work within multi-geo teams (US/India/Philippines).
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Competitive base salary range of $120K–$135K.
