This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee teams focused on corporate partnerships, diabetes industry collaborations, and the Ford Global Action Team.
• Offer coaching, performance management, and professional development to meet revenue targets.
• Supervise a partnership portfolio that generates $15–20 million or more annually.
• Establish standards for accountability, best practices in account management, and strategies for revenue growth.
• Participate in the Corporate Development leadership team, contributing to departmental strategy, planning, and culture.
• Design and implement an enterprise-wide framework for account management.
• Manage strategic accounts and foster relationships with senior corporate executives.
• Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value partnership negotiations.
• Oversee strategic account plans for national corporate partnerships, which include relationship mapping, cross-selling and upselling strategies, multi-year agreements, and mission alignment.
• Guide the Ford Global Action Team, ensuring strategic investments, executive engagement, and coordination across functions.
• Ensure that partnership contracts and letters of agreement are negotiated and executed in line with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate on pipeline transition criteria and integrate new partners into account management structures.
• Work with research, advocacy, marketing, communications, and legal teams to deliver partnership assets and benefits.
• Engage with field teams, chapter staff, and volunteers to enhance corporate partner involvement.
• Monitor portfolio health metrics, such as renewal rates, upgrade rates, revenue per partner, and pipeline coverage.
• Create dashboards and reports with analytics to support data-driven decisions and executive reporting.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the corporate partnerships portfolio.
• Monitor program revenue and manage expenses.
• Track trends in corporate social responsibility, ESG, cause marketing practices, and the corporate philanthropic landscape to inform strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate partnership management, nonprofit sales, or account management within a matrixed organization.
• Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• A solid track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Expertise in consultative account management, contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership upgrades.
• Experience managing diverse partnership portfolios, including large national accounts, industry-specific relationships, and high-touch embedded partnerships.
• Ability to create and implement strategic account plans aligned with organizational priorities and partner business objectives.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility, cause marketing, and the nonprofit corporate philanthropic landscape.
• Experience in the healthcare or disease sector is preferred.
• Capability to lead cross-functional internal teams and address complex partnership challenges effectively.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Fortune 1000 executives, internal leadership, and volunteer stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and managing operational budgets and forecasts.
• Proficient in monitoring program revenue and expense controls.
• Expertise in Salesforce and MS Suite.
• Experience in developing dashboards and analytical tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40 percent of the time, including overnight trips.
