Automotive Product Manager – Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish 3Ready as a premium, user-friendly entertainment platform that enhances content engagement while maintaining robust OEM partnerships and delivering a high-quality user experience across all automotive projects.

• Responsibilities

• - Take ownership of content and platform configuration within the 3Ready Control Center for each OEM project, encompassing content sourcing, targeting logic, and the structure of pages/modules.

• - Oversee the complete content provider relationship - from onboarding and integration to ongoing optimization - ensuring that each OEM's content remains current, reliable, and consistent.

• - Advocate for automation solutions that simplify content onboarding and configuration as the OEM portfolio expands, collaborating closely with the platform team on new features.

• - Develop reusable setup patterns and templates to expedite the delivery of new OEM and demo projects.

• - Lead OEM enablement initiatives, training regional teams to manage their content independently and take charge of daily editorial tasks.

• - Own engagement reporting for each OEM, ensuring that customer feedback influences the roadmap and transforming data into actionable insights.

• - Serve as the bridge between OEMs and internal 3SS teams — conveying customer content requirements, assisting Account Management and the Content Team post-launch, and managing communications for product marketing.

• - Assist with monetization configuration and sales/partnership demonstrations.


⛳️ Requirements

• - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, UX, content engagement, or digital products within the automotive sector.

• - Practical experience in configuring or managing a CMS/content platform (including metadata, targeting rules, and content sources).

• - A genuine enthusiasm for streaming media and entertainment platforms, coupled with a curiosity about the industry's future directions.

• - Background in user research, feedback evaluation, and optimization driven by experimentation.

• - Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects or client accounts, effectively prioritizing tasks across a diverse portfolio.

• - Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across Product, Design, Content, Engineering, and OEM partners.

• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• - Proficiency in working with structured data and complex configuration workflows, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

• - Familiarity with AI-assisted or automated tools in an operational context.

• - Experience in managing external content or technology partners/vendors, including onboarding and ongoing relationship management, is an advantage.

• Experience in the content industry or automotive field is a plus.
