This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Design and execute sales strategies to attract and retain dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing needs.
• Spot portfolio expansion opportunities by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Provide training and assistance to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and uphold risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with practical understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners.
• Effective time management abilities with a capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field along with 3 years of relevant experience; or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, with some overnight travel necessary.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guaranteed bonus income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (prorated for the first month), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
