This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealer clients.
• Foster and sustain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion by presenting financing solutions and promoting company offerings.
• Conduct market research to maintain competitiveness and align services with industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address any client issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capacity to travel, fly, and drive as needed.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guaranteed bonus income: $2,000 per month for the first 4 months (month 1 prorated), $1,500 for months 5–6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
