This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining clients in the automotive dealership sector.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Recognize growth opportunities within the portfolio by offering financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Create and sustain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee portfolio performance metrics, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial understanding with practical knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with both internal team members and external partners.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 25%, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to travel by air and drive as needed.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guaranteed bonus income of $2,000 per month for the first 4 months (prorated in the first month), $1,500 for months 5 and 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
• Compensation package based on performance.
