This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Perform market research to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Manage servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assess portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a knack for engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in finance, sales, account management, or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive as needed.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
