This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio growth by offering financing solutions and promoting the services of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing options and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Create and maintain risk-assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Track portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at all organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75% of the time, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel by plane and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.
