This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor conditions and performance metrics of dealerships.
• Develop and uphold risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at multiple organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field along with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, with some overnight travel necessary.
• Capability to travel by air and ground.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position.
